#20) Rufus Humphrey (Matthew Settle, Gossip Girl)
This former rockstar had to figure out how to raise his two teenagers after his wife left. Although he may seem very laid back, he plays his parental card when needed (Although it may not always work). Not only does he spend his money on a good education for his children but he also teaches them to pursue their passions and follow their dreams.
