Review:
+ There is a way to skip the tutorial if you've already played this game or other Sally games.
+ This game is so visually appealing. The colors are bright and everything is big enough that there is no second guessing what the clients are asking for.
+ I like the fact that I get to sell items as well. Before each level it gives you a forecast of what popular items will be and you can choose which ones to place on your shelf (see picture 2). The more you sell, the more choice of items you get and larger shelves you can buy.
+ There are typically 3 games in each section (country) and you can pick the second and third one in whatever order you want to play them in.
+ Being Canadian, I love seeing the Banff location on the map!

- In addition to being fast, this game involves mini-games at almost every station. I don't mind the massage or the pedicure/manicure station but the face mask/eyebrow station and the jetted tub station just have too many choices for me. There are six different choices (and the jetted tub has five) that you have to scroll through to get to the one that makes them happy. I would be happier with only four choices.
- Unlike other time management games, the clients in this game only start out with 3 hearts (unless you've upgraded the waiting room chairs). This poses some challenges because they don't have as much patience as other games that start with 5 hearts.
- There could have been more yellow chairs as upgrades, since that's always where I get the most backlogged and an option for a cashier would have been very helpful too.
- You are only able to have 9 future things at a time for her to do. I didn't find this a problem until the second last location and the final location where I tried to get through a lot more customers with all the upgrades done.

Overall:
Sally's Spa is one of the highest quality of time management games that I have found so far. Visually, it looks fantastic and I came across no problems playing it. In addition to serving the clients, you also get to sell products. Plus you get to choose which locations to play in, which includes the awesome Banff Canada location. Although there are too many options in some of the mini games for me, the clients only start out with 3 hearts a piece (without upgraded chairs) and they could have offered a few more handy upgrades (like a cashier), this game is lots of fun to play. One of the features I found in this game (the fact that every customer is unique) was a positive. It was a positive because I find that other games become boring when you know the "blonde" customer will always want this, or the "guy" customer will always want that. This way, it keeps it fresh and keeps me on my toes.

Game Play Tips:
- Make sure you buy the help. When you send someone to their station that's asking for their service, they will automatically take care of the clients needs. Just make sure that you're watching what the staff are doing because sometimes you might not notice that they are done with a client and they will just sit there unnoitced until they start bubble screaming.
- When it lists the different types of customers, make sure you take notice of which ones are the better tippers since they are the ones that you want to make sure get served the fastest.
- I couldn't find it listed in the game but the different between "expert level" and "perfect level" is that you only get awarded with a "perfect level" when all of the customers pay and leave with their full 5 hearts.
- When you're choosing which items to sell, make sure you sell the ones that are worth the most so you can climb up the corporate ladder faster. Also take notice as to which items customer typically buy together (for example: shampoo and conditioner) because then you will only have to sell to half the amount of clients as you have products.
- When you are doing the pedicures/manicures, you can tap down on the first finger and then just slide your finger over all the rest of their fingers/toes instead of tapping on every one. Saves time.
