Brand New Life (1989-1990)
Starring: Barbara Eden (I Dream of Jeannie), Don Murray, Jennie Garth (Beverly Hills, 90210), Shawnee Smith (Becker), Alison Sweeney (Days of our Lives)
What originally started as a 2 hour Disney movie (titled: Brand New Life: The Honeymooners), proved so popular in the ratings that it became a TV series which was featured on NBC's The Magical World of Disney on Sunday nights. This series is very much like the Brady Bunch where woman and man fall in love and their 6 children must learn to get along. Most of the episodes (though edited) are available on YouTube and I'm stunned to learn that I missed out on a series that had Jennie Garth, Shawnee Smith and Alison Sweeney!
