Review:
This review will be based on the Battle Game play, not regular yahtzee.
- The shaker which is in the shape of a zombie head was very hard to use with all the dice because they kept getting stuck in the bottom part of the shaker (the zombies neck)
- When you attack someone you use the lower part of regular yahtzee which includes the "Large Straight" and "Small Straight" boxes. When you are healing yourself you use the top part of regular yahtzee which includes all the individual numbers "1's" to "6's". The problem with this system is that you get injured much more than you can heal because the bottom boxes are worth so much more than the top boxes. For example (starting out with 100 points each), if my opponent rolls a large straight (which is 40 points) than he will attack me 40 points. When I want to heal myself and happen to sixes, the most points you could ever get from the top section is 24. There is no way to heal yourself enough once you are attacked since you are never allowed to heal beyond 100 points.
Overall: (Again, my score is for Battle Game Play only)
If you are thinking of getting this game for the Battle Game Play, don't. You will be very disappointed. However if you are a fan of Walking Dead and fine with playing regular Yahtzee, then give this one a go.
