Neil Patrick Harris voices Dr. Blowhole in The Penguins of Madagascar (2008-2012)
Neil Patrick Harris, best known for playing the role of Barney Stinson in the comedy series How I Met Your Mother, voices the character of Dr. Blowhole for the Nickelodeon series The Penguins of Madagascar. Dr. Blowhole is an evil dolphin scientist who plans to get revenge on the human race and has a robotic right eye. The Penguins of Madagascar stars nine characters from the original film Madagascar who protect their home in the Central Park Zoo.
