#16) Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell, Modern Family)
Phil may come off slightly goofy sometimes and his constant need for approval from his father in law can lead him into trouble but it's undeniable how much he loves his family. In fact, even when he couldn't fly home in time for Alex's graduation (damn ear infections!), he still attended his daughters graduation and party via iPad robot. Now how many kids can say that?!
