Game Time! The Jetsons Game Review

The Jetsons Game

Players: 2-4 (For the purpose of this review, there were 2 players)

Set Up Time: 1 minute

Playing Time: Took us 11 minutes

Object: Be the first to find Elroy and all three pieces of your Jetson character.

Review:
+ You can play as George, Judy, Jane or Astro.
+ The three cards you need to collect to make up each character are large and very easy for kids to distinguish between the characters
+ There are four spots on the board where all the (shuffled and evenly distributed) cards are placed. Therefore since there are several cards on each spot you will have to visit each location several times. Since at some point you will end up turning over another players card it becomes more of a memory game but if you uncover the Rosie card, it changes everything. All the remaining cards on the board get shuffled and redistributed to the four locations on the board. This is my favorite feature of this game since it keeps it more of a mystery as to where your pieces are rather than a memory game.

Overall:
I have been a fan of the Jetsons since I was a kid and although this board game is fairly basic, the chances of uncovering a Rosie card and having all the cards switched up, keeps it very interesting. This is another one of our board games that gets played more often.
