Overall:
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this album. The first song "Planet Earth" is much more indie than pop and I was skeptical about the rest of the album but once I gave it a listen, I was hooked. There is nothing I love more in music than relatability and I had such a strong connection to "Every Red Light" and "Dirty Little War". Shawn Hook is definitely an underrated Canadian artist.
